  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Information Technology (see 40 U.S.C 11101(6)) means, in lieu of the definition at FAR 2.1, any equipment, or interconnected system(s) or subsystem(s) of equipment, that is used in the automatic acquisition, storage, analysis, evaluation, manipulation, management, movement, control, display, switching, interchange, transmission, or reception of data or information by the agency.

  • Information Technology Resources means agency budgetary resources, personnel, equipment, facilities, or services that are primarily used in the management, operation, acquisition, disposition, and transformation, or other activity related to the lifecycle of information technology; acquisitions or interagency agreements that include information technology and the services or equipment provided by such acquisitions or interagency agreements; but does not include grants to third parties which establish or support information technology not operated directly by the Federal Government.   • Information Technology (IT means data processing, telecommunications, and office systems technologies and services:

  • Department of Information Technology means the principal department of state government created by Executive Order 2001-3, MCL 18.41.

  • Communication technology means an electronic device or process that:

  • Collaboration Technology means the Collaboration Know-How and the Collaboration Patents.

  • SAP Technology Solution(s means SAP NetWeaver Foundation for Third Party Applications, SAP Cloud Platform (excluding when used solely as a Connectivity App between an SAP Application and ERP) and SAP Leonardo IoT , Business Services (including any renamed, prior and/or successor versions of any of the foregoing made generally available by SAP if any but excluding when any of the foregoing are used as a User Interface for ERP.

  • Technology Systems means the electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, hardware, third-party software, networks, peripherals, portfolio trading and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, and Intellectual Property used by the Company.

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software (to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any member of its Group as of the Effective Date), including all Know-How and Copyrights therein (but not in respect of any data included in any databases), that is used or held for use in, as of the Effective Date, the conduct of (i) the Spinco Business if the Licensee is Spinco, or (ii) the Remainco Business if the Licensee is Remainco, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee or any member of its Group have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Company Intellectual Property Agreements means any Contract governing any Company Intellectual Property to which the Company or any Subsidiary is a party or bound by, except for Contracts for Third-Party Intellectual Property that is generally, commercially available software and (A) is not material to the Company or any Subsidiary, (B) has not been modified or customized for the Company or any Subsidiary and (C) is licensed for an annual fee under $5,000.

  • Technology means all technology, designs, formulae, algorithms, procedures, methods, discoveries, processes, techniques, ideas, know-how, research and development, technical data, tools, materials, specifications, processes, inventions (whether patentable or unpatentable and whether or not reduced to practice), apparatus, creations, improvements, works of authorship in any media, confidential, proprietary or nonpublic information, and other similar materials, and all recordings, graphs, drawings, reports, analyses and other writings, and other tangible embodiments of the foregoing in any form whether or not listed herein, in each case, other than Software.

  • Intellectual Property Agreements means all licenses, sublicenses, consent to use agreements, settlements, coexistence agreements, covenants not to xxx, permissions and other Contracts (including any right to receive or obligation to pay royalties or any other consideration), whether written or oral, relating to any Intellectual Property that is used in or necessary for the conduct of the Business as currently conducted to which Seller is a party, beneficiary or otherwise bound.

  • Intellectual Property Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(p).

  • Technology License Agreement means the Technology License Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, between Dynavax and Holdings.

  • Technical Information means technical data or computer software, as those terms are defined in the clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, Rights in Technical Data-Non Commercial Items, regardless of whether or not the clause is incorporated in this solicitation or contract. Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.

  • Customer Technology means the proprietary technology of Customer and its licensors, including Customer's Internet operations design, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed by Customer during the term of a SOW. "CenturyLink Technology" means the proprietary technology of CenturyLink and its licensors, including services, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, report formats, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), network designs, know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of CenturyLink Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of a SOW.

  • Clean coal technology means any technology, including technologies applied at the precombustion, combustion, or post combustion stage, at a new or existing facility which will achieve significant reductions in air emissions of sulfur dioxide or oxides of nitrogen associated with the utilization of coal in the generation of electricity, or process steam which was not in widespread use as of November 15, 1990.

  • Commercial computer software means software developed or regularly used for non-governmental purposes which—

  • Noncommercial computer software means software that does not qualify as commercial computer software under paragraph (a)(1) of this clause.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Systems Software means software designed to support, guide, control, direct, or monitor information technology equipment, other system software, mechanical and physical components, arrangements, procedures, programs, services or routines.

  • Intellectual Property Matters Agreement means the Intellectual Property Matters Agreement to be entered into by and between Parent and SpinCo or the members of their respective Groups in connection with the Separation, the Distribution or the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement, as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Medical information means any individually identifiable information, in electronic or physical form, in possession of or derived from a provider of health care, health care service plan, pharmaceutical company, or contractor regarding a patient's medical history, mental or physical condition, or treatment and shall have the meaning given to such term under California Civil Code § 56.05.

  • Business Systems means all Software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, that are owned or used or held for use in the conduct of the Company Business.
